Communications
The communications department makes sure the website, facebook and Instagram are up to date. The editors interview volunteers, go to meetings and activities, they write articles about them. The team also makes sure the COC Amsterdam agenda is complete. For members, they provide a newsletter containing all the news and facts about COC Amsterdam and its surroundings.
If you have a great story you want to share with COC Amsterdam, or an activity for the agenda, email: communicatie@cocamsterdam.nl
City Coordinators
To support district-level activities and develop new initiatives, COC Amsterdam also organizes itself in a decentralized and district-oriented manner. A pleasant living environment for lhbtqi+'s means that city districts, neighborhoods and eventually every street in Amsterdam will be lhbtqi+ friendly. Each district has one or two district coordinators who organize activities and cooperate in a district-oriented way with welfare, care organizations and other district-oriented organizations dedicated to the lhbtqi+ community.

Volunteer Affairs Team
COC Amsterdam's Volunteer Affairs Team is responsible for recruiting volunteers, conducting introductory interviews with potential volunteers, maintaining contact with coordinators who include volunteers in their teams and binding volunteers to COC Amsterdam and the surrounding area.
Our goal is to recruit and retain volunteers for COC.
Volunteers ensure that the organization can continue to function. It is of great importance that volunteers feel good about their volunteer work and feel part of COC Amsterdam and the surrounding area.
