We are the world's oldest lhbtqia+ advocacy association and are committed to serving the lhbtqia+ community of Amsterdam and surrounding areas on a daily basis. We cannot have enough talented and enthusiastic volunteers within our association, and are always looking for people who can help us. So you too!
What can you do?
As a volunteer, you will not only learn a lot about COC, but also about the lhbtqia+ lives of Amsterdam and the surrounding area. Each and every one contributes in their own way to the community and you will therefore also fall into a warm bath of enthusiastic volunteers. You will learn a lot about yourself and make an important contribution to the lhbtqia+ movement, both inside and outside the organization. There is a lot to do and your own creativity is greatly appreciated.

I educate because I believe that homophobia stems from ignorance. In this way, I hope to contribute to a better world by showing that the difference between gay and straight is not so great.
