General Membership Meeting (ALV).

Twice a year, all members are invited to the General Assembly (ALV). At the ALV, the board is accountable to the members, new board members can be elected, board members resign or stand for re-election. The finances are explained by the treasurer. The ALV is the highest body within the association.

COC Amsterdam is the largest and oldest democratic lhbtqi+ association with members in Amsterdam.
